Rev. Sean Delmore has been the pastor at Faith United Methodist Church since January 2024, coming to us after having served as the pastor of small churches in Vermont since 2016. Sean has a passion for helping real, down-to-earth people discover their joy and passion. He enjoys working with people in these challenging times as we transition from one form of being church into something different.

Having not grown up Christian, Sean began his faith journey later in life and feels drawn to people who are skeptical or hurt by religion. He helps folks find language and community that may begin to heal some of that distance. In 2022, Sean began working with his service dog, Sully, a gentle and lighthearted Newfoundland and Poodle mix, who helps Sean in his work and brings him constant joy!

Sean lives with his spouse and teen son, loves when their young adult daughter is home from college, and enjoys kayaking and visiting the ocean.
